Please contact us directly if there is any issue with your purchase, so that we can assist you properly. Lightload towels accepts most returns initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns also must be received by us within 30 days of return approval. In the event a customer buys the wrong item or an item that does not work for their application, the customer will pay all shipping costs to return the item. If the item had “free shipping” at purchase,Lightload towels paid the shipping for it to go to the customer. When a return is processed, neither the original shipping to go to the customer nor the return freight will be paid by Lightload Towels. Please do not use any writing or labels on the product package, itself. Once we receive the return, it will be inspected, and then we will process the appropriate refund.
